- View the rental then pay $20.00 processing fee for each applicant.
- Once approved the holding deposit will be required within 48 hours to secure the rental.
- Holding deposits and first months rent must be paid in the form of cashiers checks or money orders.
- Co-Sign Agreements, if required. are done with the rental or lease paperwork.
